Why We Can’t Accept Returns:

• Each product is custom-manufactured upon order placement
• Items are produced by third-party manufacturers who charge us per piece
• Our small profit margins don’t allow us to absorb production costs for returned items
• This business model helps me keep prices accessible while supporting my living expenses
